Economic obstacles

1. Increase in demand

when demand increase, government need to provide more product and services in order to fulfill the demand. if the demand could not be fulfill, it will led to shortage and automatically will be a barrier for development.

e.g. Issues of oil
when the price of oil increase, government need to spend more on subsidize to minimize the burden of the middle class society. however, the money that are suppose to be use for development had been use on subsidize purpose. as the result, it will obstruct the development project for the country.


2. Economic instability

one of economic instability factor is mismanagement. it will cause a development of a country could not be manage properly. as the result, the country is hard to be develop.

e.g. Issues of corruption
corruption will reduce domestic investment, discourage foreign direct investment and also encouraging overspending of government. all those problem will led to development barrier since it will restrict the resources from the internal and external.


Social obstacles


1. Escapee

Escapee will result to social problem and social problem will be a barrier for a country to be develop.

e.g. Issues of escapee from Myanmar
Malaysia are facing an escapee problem. Malaysia need to provide a place for the Myanmar escapee (Rohingya) at Ampang. some of the escapee are committing a social problem such as burglar, robber and so on which led to negative effect towards Malaysia society. so, when we are facing those problem, it is hard for our country to be develop.

2. Multiracial societies

A multiracial country need to take care of sensitivity issues since it will effect the whole country. Multiracial society need to be unite to strengthen the relationship in order to develop our country with the help of the society.

e.g. Issues of ' azan Subuh'
this issues was being voice out by Theresa Kok. The issue had create an unsatisfied feel on Muslim society behalf. so, when Muslim and other societies could not unite and always feel unsatisfied, the country could not be develop since the society will not help and participate in their country development.
