Karl Marx theory

1) Focus on production

For those who have lots of resources, they are able to control those who are lack of resources.
e.g. The issue of shortage of sugar. People will rely on the sugar producer to have the resources regardless of the price of the sugar.

2) Conflict happen between bourgeoisie and proletariat

Arise when two different class of society when one of the class have more resources than the other one. e.g. Conflict between America and Palestine. America have lots of resources on fire armed since they have lots of money to buy it while Palestine are suffering since they are lack of resources to fight back the America.

3) Conflict stop when society achieve communism stage

All society get the equal right on this stage. e.g. Government give aid to public in term of text book(SPBT) to all secondary & primary school regardless of races,religion & their status.

4) Fair but injustice

It might be equal & fair but not all can accept it. e.g. Government of Russia make a policy on compulsory for its youth to join national service for 2 years. It is fair since all youth are compulsory on it but not all are willing to join it.

Ralf Dahreindorf

1) Focus on authority

For those who have authority they are able to control others such as our government. e.g. Government produce rules & regulations on not to smoking at prohibited area such as school & hospital.

2) Conflict happen between the ruler and ruled

Arise when the ruler over broad of its authority. e.g. Ultra-vires case of Selayang Municipality. They give an order to the public to buy dustbin for beautification purpose. This is out of its authority to charge any fees to public.

3) Conflict stop when people start compromise with each other

The feedback and paritcipaption from citizen to the government shows people start compromise with the government. e.g. Local Authority keep aware of its citizen on hygiene aspect at their own housing area. Public ask for facilities from them for the hygiene aspect used and this show public start compromise with the government.

4) Fair and justice

It is fair and justice for all citizen since they have right to voice out their needs and opinion. e.g. General election shows all voters have their own right to choose their own representative.
